Our Apples

John McIntosh discovered the original McIntosh apple sapling on his Dundela farm in Upper Canada in 1811. Most folks today know Mcintosh apples as the fruit with melting snow white flesh — firm, tender, juicy, characteristically tart, spicy, aromatic. The Mcintosh apples are often beautiful deep red color in appropriate climate, size variable. Mcintosh apples are considered by many the best flavored apples.
